This website and its associated messaging service (the “Service”) are operated for a single private household. The Service sends transactional notification messages — via RCS, SMS, or similar channels — to the mobile phones of immediate family members of the household. Examples of notifications include new home voicemail alerts and home sensor alerts (such as water leak or temperature warnings).

The Service is not offered to the general public, is not a commercial product, and sends no marketing or promotional content of any kind.

2. Eligibility and Consent

Messages are sent only to household family members who have personally agreed to receive them. There is no public sign-up. By providing your phone number to the household and agreeing to receive notifications, you consent to receive transactional messages as described above.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on household activity (for example, how many voicemails are received or whether a sensor triggers an alert). The Service itself is free, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting Out and Getting Help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving notifications at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used for its intended purpose: delivering household notifications to consenting family members. Any attempt to misuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Notifications are a convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or fail to arrive; do not rely on them as a substitute for safety monitoring or emergency services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
